Don't feed the birds - it may cost you £60!

Be very careful in Haven Green, because Ealing Council are handing out £60 fines for littering when people have been feeding either the local squirrels or birds. Apparently, there is one sign on the Green warning against feeding the birds, but it is difficult to see and has been defaced. I have received three complaints in the last month. In one case, the squirrels eat all the nuts so there was nothing left on the ground, but a fine was still issued.
